Free initial appointment

An initial appointment gives you the opportunity to have a chat with me on the phone and decide how we can best work together to meet your needs. This will include an assessment.

This can last up to 30 minutes and there is no obligation to commit to further sessions.

£65 - Standard fee

Sessions are available from £65 per 50 minute session for face to face or video calling.

Counselling can be booked in blocks of six or on an ongoing basis.

Limited number of concessions available for those on a lower income, contact me for more information.

Cash and bank transfer accepted.

Employee Assistance Programmes/Private Healthcare

I am BUPA recognised therefore sessions can be booked through them if payments are being made by work or private healthcare. See below
